It has also performed great exploits in turning the movement for people's cause of independence led by the Juche idea into the world trend."

In Mongolia, societies for the study of the Juche idea have been conducting their activities for a long period of time and people in Mongolia are covering the road of independence with Juche. Herein lies the significance in holding the Commemorative Event of the IIJI 40th Founding Anniversary in Mongolia.

“Representatives concerned from Asia, Africa, Latin America and Europe are present with us in this room in this historic moment. The IIJI, its 40 years of history, and its members around the globe are a marvelous evidence of truthfulness and glory of the Juche idea.
“Juche, self-reliance, an official ideology of the DPRK, is an original revolutionary idea with the Juche character and the national character. Also I have to say that the Juche idea is not just an ideology of the Korean people. This is for all the people of the world.”

Then, IIJI Director General Prof. Ramon Jimenez Lopez made a report entitled “Let Us Dynamically Hasten the Cause of Global Independence Upholding the Banner of Kimilsung-Kimjongilism.”
After pointing out the greatness and truthfulness of Kimilsung-Kimjongilism, he referred to the IIJI 40th founding anniversary as follows:
“The reality in which Kimilsung-Kimjongilism displays its vitality as the most progressive ideology touching the hearts of mankind is inconceivable without the tireless activities the IIJI made for the last 40 years since its founding. The founding of the IIJI was the proud declaration heralding that the study and dissemination of the Juche idea, made in different countries and regions through different forms and methods on different extents and levels, would be done with the regular system on the international scale and with an organized force. It served as an epoch-making occasion in studying and disseminating the great ideology in a unified way on a worldwide scale and hastening global independence.”
Further, he said things about improving the forms and methods for studying and disseminating Kimilsung-Kimjongilism as follows:
“That we study Kimilsung-Kimjongilism is not merely to cognize its truthfulness but to achieve the independent development and prosperity of our countries and nations and build a new society by applying its truth.”
It was followed by speeches of Prof. Edmond Jouve, director general of the Board of Directors, the European Regional Society for the Study of the Juche Idea (ERSSJI); Dr. Lohekele Kalonda Andre, secretary general of the African Regional Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea (ARCSJI); Mr. Eleazar Rubio Aldaran, secretary general of the Latin American Institute of the Juche Idea (LAIJI); Prof. Emeritus Kamakura Takao, director of the IIJI Board; and Mr. Luke Lkhaasuren, advocate in Mongolia.

   Dr. Lohekele Kalonda Andre said:
“The Juche idea researchers must consolidate inter-regional, national and continental solidarity when necessary. We, the Juche idea researchers, must always keep in our minds that we are eternal comrades-in-arms whatever circumstances, happiness or sadness, might be.”

Mr. Eleazar Rubio Aldaran said: "We should further intensify the study, analysis and dissemination of the Juche idea and Songun idea so as to convince the Latin American people that the building of a new world for independence is possible," and then referred to the activities conducted in Colombia, Mexico, Venezuela and Brazil.

Second: the Korean style socialism set the popular masses as the motive force of the socialist revolution and construction and third: solid ideological unity of the leader, the Party, the army and the masses whose main is the formation and establishment of consciousness and ideology of the popular masses, the modeling of entire people after Kimilsung-Kimjongilism is being materialized.”

Mr. Luke Lkhaasuren delivered a speech entitled "Role of Self-reliance for All Including Mongolia," in which he said that we witness the fall of capitalism in this generation, that the fall of capitalism is inevitable and natural process and that Mongolia fell a victim of the capitalism as it did not develop a viable policy of planning and development nor promote self-determination for its citizen.
